 “Bluestem Bistro” is a restaurant kitchen on wheels, providing numerous options for any meal of the day. Customized menu options are available for your private event , or if you prefer, we can create the menu for you! We will have our classic menu (changing seasonally ) for all public events!  Our mission is to showcase the flavor of fresh, local, and Chef inspired cuisine …and gourmet street food in our town, and surrounding areas!
